I bought a twin pack of microfibre trousers, but there was no choice of colour and I ended up with this pale silver pair. My first intention was to dye them a darker colour, but the fabric wasn't suitable for dyeing, so I livened them up with these symbolic fantasy designs by Fred Makalinaw of BFC Creations. The large designs have a low stich count which is perfect for the very lightweight fabric. It's difficult to see in these pictures, but instead of using white for the final colour, I used metallic silver - very effective.
